Cxsuper live is committed to paying out member winnings quickly and without hassle. Withdrawal terms are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT।
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit, and it must match the name on the account.
• First-time withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Cxsuper live never withholds legitimate withdrawals. However, if a terms violation is suspected, the platform reserves the right to place payments on hold until the investigation is complete.

All bonuses and promotional offers on cxsuper live are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Colluding with other members to influence or determine the outcome of any game.
• Money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating cxsuper live staff or engaging in fraudulent communications.
• Using the platform's name or brand without authorization.

Cxsuper live may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within the Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information during KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Court orders or requests from regulatory authorities.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
